Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester

The Dorchester, opened in 1931 on Park Lane, is one of the world’s leading hotels. It is universally known as a favourite for wealthy and prestigious clientele. Determined to also lead the way in dining, ‘Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester’ opened in 2007. Alain Ducasse is a multi award winning chef whose accolades include the title of ‘Finest Chef in the World’, given by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in 2003.

Thanks to his innovative cuisine, this French chef has earned two Michelin Stars for his restaurant at The Dorchester. Ducasse owns many other restaurants worldwide, which collectively hold no less than 15 Michelin stars.

The interior of the restaurant is elegant, light and spacious with high ceilings and large windows; high class escorts are completely at home in these sophisticated surroundings. An intimate dinner for two can be enjoyed here with private tables available, each offering a different ambience.

The selection of wine offered here is carefully picked from the best vineyards in the world and is kept in a unique temperature controlled wine cellar. On the menu you will find dishes based on seasonal ingredients, prepared with the utmost care.
