So, anyone who isn’t necessarily a football fan might not completely understand the importance of today, and less so if you’re not a Chelsea fan, but we think certain feats should not go unnoticed. Which is why, rather than tell you how adorable and just downright gorgeous any of the sensational escorts we have at V London, we’re gonna talk boy talk. Don’t get us wrong, there is nothing like talking about the amazing women in the city, but sometimes we just need football and beer to get us going. Am I right? And today, we’re talking about the LEGEND that is Frank Lampard, who has just celebrated a milestone that few are able to contend with; his 200th goal for his club, in under twelve years. His first, in September 2001, paved the way for one of the most celebrated footballers of current standings. A firm fixture on the England squad for many years, Lampard is one of the most well-respected players of the game. With only two more to go to beat the record of 202, it seems like he is well on track. It just shows you what you can do if you put your mind to something.
All too often we find ourselves plagued with doubts; Should I have got that tattoo? Should I have told her? Should I have done it? Whatever it is, it seems we always feel the need to question ourselves. And when we don’t, it’s someone else prompting us, asking us why we aren’t worried. Which then MAKES us seem like we should perhaps be wary about what we’re doing. It’s a vicious cycle! But learning of Lampard’s feat just reinforces to us that you can do anything you set your mind to. If you want to do something, you absolutely can. And it’s that positive thinking that will ensure you be the best you can be, get the very best out of life, and live life to the fullest. There is no point in regretting things (unless they are truly awful, in which case, you should feel bad), life’s too short to worry about every little thing. So many things are out of our control, that there is no point wasting time stressing out about the bits that we can’t do, and concentrate more on the ones we can change.
If it Was Easy...
You walk down the street and see a beautiful girl. She might be the girlfriend of a Premiership footballer, she might be a brunette call girl from our gallery. Whatever her occupation, she looks stunning, and you can’t deny that. Not every girl looks like that, but we’re sure most would. So what is it that means she looks like that but others don’t? At the end of the day, it’s most likely effort. Of course good genes help, and other features that you can’t necessarily change as easily as hair and makeup, but when it comes down to it, chances are it’s about the effort someone puts in. And sometimes the effort can be slightly hard, but if it was easy, everybody would look like it. It’s just those that have the strongest willpower. You just need to go that extra mile, just like Lamps. If you fail to prepare, you’re preparing to fail.
