Getting Enough Sleep
All of our bodies are different, but the basic needs are the same; we all need air to breathe, food to eat, water to drink and sleep in order to stay alive. Experts recommend that the optimum amount of sleep per night is 8 hours, but sometimes this can be difficult to achieve.
