Managing Anger
Anger is something that all of us have to face at some point in our lives, both from others and in ourselves. It’s completely normal to have feelings of anger, but sometimes we could use some advice on how to keep it at bay. Although it can be healthy to express your feelings and not bottle them up, not managing your anger in the right way can lead to serious problems.
When you’re angry with someone, it always feels like you’re justified at the time. You start focusing on that person’s negative aspects so that they’ll seem more unattractive to you. Be sure that you get your point across too so that you can both discuss the issue fairly. Try not to make a personal attack, but think of ways to come up with solutions to resolve the problem.
